McGinley Maintenance, Inc. (MMI) has been in the janitorial service business since 1960, operating in five states and employing over 400 persons.

MMI has evolved into a complete building service company providing janitorial service, lawn-care and minor maintenance services. We maintain over 5,000,000 square feet in all types of facilities including office complexes, health-care facilities, banks, manufacturing facilities government facilities, schools and colleges.

We furnish bonded, trained personnel, who are local to the area of their employment. They are regionally directed by managers, who have over 200 years of aggregate experience. Our corporate offices are located in Belle Vernon, Pa and our Southern operation is headquartered in Ocala, FL. Our managerial staff is immediately available to our project and on-site supervisors. Our HR department maintains an adequate supply of back-up labor and our supplies division, Shamrock Chemical Co. maintains a large inventory of cleaning material and equipment.

Our commitment is to become an integral part of your facilities management department. Both of us have the same ultimate goal, which is to satisfy our superiors, employees and the general public. Our aim is to minimize complaints. Our policy is to provide a service in accordance with the required specifications, however we also realize that in accepting a contract, our responsibilities transcend a set of specifications. We are responsible for the cleanliness and appearance of your facility, regardless of specifications. We commit to be responsive, honest and pro-active.

Training
All employees are given initial training in cleaning methods, deportment, rules and regulations, security requirements, and right-to-know involving cleaning chemicals.


 

Standard Methods
A consistent level of quality is provided by our standard cleaning methods that were developed through industry standards, over forty years of experience and customer feedback. The methods were developed to efficiently control time and material and always within the customer's specifications. The cleaning methods remain constant, with minor alterations to satisfy extraordinary customer requests.

EXECUTIVE PROFILE

  Jack McGinley - President

With accounting degrees from Villanova and St. Joseph's Universities, Jack formerly worked as a financial analyst in Eastern Pennsylvania. In 1981, Jack joined MMI. Since then, he has become president of the company and works closely with operations, sales, marketing and customer relations. His financial expertise allows MMI to provide an efficient, quality service at a competitive price.


  Dan Agapito - Vice-President, Operations

Dan been associated with the janitorial service industry for the past 15 years. He began as a district manager and in 1995 became our Vice-President of Operations. With growing government regulations, Dan assumed the responsibilities to oversee our training department and is our OSHA coordinator. Dan is well versed in cleaning methods, materials and equipment. Prior to joining MMI, Dan was a production supervisor for Westinghouse Airbrake Corporation. Dan's enthusiasm and attention to detail are essential to our success. Mr. Agapito attended Long Beach State College, California
.

 

Don Kurilla - Vice-President, Sales

Don began with MMI in 1965 as a District Manager and was our Operations Manager for 20 years until 1995. He had full responsibility for planning, organizing, and controlling a very labor intensive industry. He is experienced in customer service, new business development, staffing, employee training and other administrative functions. Don has been a integral part of our growth and success. He opened our out-of-state operations in Florida, Maryland and West Virginia. He currently heads our sales and marketing department. Mr. Kurilla attended California University of Pennsylvania.


 

Sharon Willey - Office Manager

Employed by MMI for the past 12 years, Sharon has duties of office manager and executive secretary. She is responsible for bookkeeping, invoicing, internal audits and general office management.




  Tammy Long - Administrative Assistant

Tammy oversees our payroll and employee services department. She has been with MMI for the past 5 years. Tammy assists in the administration of our supplies division, Shamrock Chemical Co.
